Group Reservation Policy

A 50% deposit is required 6 weeks prior to the desired date of stay. If you are a non-profit group, be sure to get your Florida tax exemption certificate (allow 2 months) from the Florida Dept of Revenue. Included in your rate quote will be our All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast during normal service hours (730AM-930AM). We can provide limited assistance in arranging activities such as Eco-Kayaking trips and arranging for various site visits at group rates.
NOTE: An adult chaperone must be in every room where kids will be staying. As much fun as pillow fights are, they damage the waterproof barrier layer on our pillows and are $12 each to replace.
- If your group cancels a minimum of 30 days before the commencement date of your intended stay, your group will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
- If your group cancels 14 days before the commencement date of the intended stay, your group will receive a 75% refund of the deposit amount.
- If your group cancels 7 days before the commencement date of the intended stay, your group will receive a 50% refund of the deposit amount.
- If your group cancels less than 7 days before the commencement date of the intended stay or is a no-show, your group will FORFEIT the entire amount of the deposit.
NO exceptions can be made. We are a small inn and our rooms often get booked months in advance. We will likely have had to turn away guests in order to accommodate your group. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.
