Parking Area  (For Private Room Guests Only!)

A word on Parking: Parking in the historic district is notoriously difficult, and we would not have any were it not for our neighbors who generously allow us to rent their side yard.   We can fit up to six cars in the yard if done correctly and with a modicum of consideration for other guests.  If 6 cars can fit, three cars will be blocked in.  We try to arrange it so that guests who do not plan on needing their cars are the ones blocked in during the day, and those guests checking out early are not blocked in overnight.  If you are blocking someone in, we ask that you leave us with your car keys so that we may move it if we have to, or your cell phone number so that we can call you if we need to.   In addition, our parking is under a huge pecan tree, and we are not liable for any damage caused by falling limbs (very rare) or falling pecans (Nov-Jan  very common).

If you would rather not be bothered by any of this, there is paid parking in the Wachovia Lot across the street from us for $7/day (no in-out privileges).   Please keep in mind that even if you stay at the Hilton across the street for $200/ night, they will still charge you $18 a day for parking!!

Rooms with a Private Bathroom

The rooms below are perfect for couples and families with up to 4 kids:

Room 7 has a queen size bed and two sets of bunk beds.

Room 9 (Map Room) has a queen size bed and two sets of bunk beds.(Approx. 238 Square Feet)

Room 10 (Pirate Room)  is a large room with a queen bed and two sets of bunk beds (Approx. 242 Square Feet).

The rooms below are perfect for couples and families with up to 2 kids:

Room 11(Tropical Fish Room) has a queen bed, and a full-size futon. (Approx. 141 Square Feet)

Room 6 (Jungle Room) has a queen size bed and one set of bunk beds. (Approx. 150 Square Feet)

Shared Rooms (Dormitory-Style)

Room 8 is the co-ed dorm.

Room 1 has three sets of bunk beds and one queen size bed and is the female dorm.   Please note that this room does not have its own bath but shares the hallway bathroom with staff .
