deal in town!" You're invited to come on in for a visit, anytime you're in town. We're easy to find...... (and well worth discovering). At the corner of Charlotte & Treasury Streets just one block off St. George Street just one block from the Bayfront just one block from the Plaza for Holidays, and Special Events Private Room rates may be higher and may require a 2 or 3-night minimum stay. PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Private Room cancellations must be received by phone 7 days or moreprior to scheduled arrival date and 14 days or more for holidays and special events. Cancellations made after these deadlines will be charged for the entire amount of the original dates reserved. (We're a small place and lost revenue can determine whether we're able to pay rent or not....and if we can't pay rent, no Pirate Haus.... :-( With "Arrrghbly" the best dealin the historic/walking district we tend to fill up quickly.... Private Rooms
We have five rooms with bathroom en-suite, each with a queen bed (one or two sets of bunk beds as well), mini-fridge, and its own private bathroom.
Parking is usually available for the private rooms with bath, assuming not everyone has an SUV, and can park within the lines.
The mixed (co-ed) dorm accommodates 8 people in bunkbeds and is equipped with its own bathroom and security lockers.
The female dorm accommodates up to 8 people in 6 bunkbeds and one queen bed. From time to time, families/groups rent out this room so it may not be available when you arrive unless you have a confirmed booking....
Parking is
not included for dorm residents. Parking is usually available in the residential areas of town or on Anastasia Island, a short 10 minute walk away.
All sleeping rooms are equipped with air conditioners.
